Check the air gap if clogged. Loose the top lid and find out if there is any blockage. I want you to note that if air gap is not found, then the draining will not be efficient. But if the drain hose is clogged, the dishwasher will not drain and if the air gap is installed inside the dishwasher, the hose that comes from the air gap to garbage disposer could be clogged. For you to solve the problem, displace and tidy the hose. Ensure that you attach the hose again before you turn on the dishwasher.
